Formeia Shipping  Policy

We aim to provide a transparent, trackable, and stress-free delivery experience. All timeframes are in business days and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take 2–4 business days.
  • Tracking numbers are issued within 24–48 hours after your order is created. Track via our "Track Your Order" page or directly through the carrier.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (China Standard Time, CST).

2. Transit Time

Most orders ship from China and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events may extend transit time.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $65; otherwise calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: If available, fees and delivery speed will be displayed at checkout.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Formeia ships under DAP (Delivered At Place): product prices exclude destination duties, VAT, or clearance fees. Any charges assessed by customs are payable by the recipient.
  • If customs require identification or authorization, please follow instructions promptly to avoid delays.

5. Address Changes & Missed Delivery

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at mauriciojones908@gmail.com if a correction is needed.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipment fee may apply.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but your package is not found, check with household members, concierge, or neighbors first. Then contact the carrier and copy us at mauriciojones908@gmail.com. We will assist with tracing your order.
  • For lost or damaged parcels, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or carrier documentation. We will resolve promptly.
